During the 1st confinement, Oroubah Dieb decided to enjoy being with her family. She dedicates herself to a diary made of collage and paintings. She remembered that after fleeing the war in Syria, she lived in Lebanon in a small house where she didn’t have space to continue her sculpting work. And like that she started to do collage from magazines’ figures that she cut. So many people found themselves without a home, or having lost their beloved ones. She hanged on to her family, to this new form of expression and to the hope of better times.
