Too much

Daniel Blanco & Ousmane Doumbouya

The lockdown and the uncertainties linked to the Covid-19 pandemic created an information overload. This caused media congestion, with the broadcasting of death and hospitalisation rates, new health measures and rules, specialist opinions and contradictory speeches on a loop. The two artists dig into the sound archives of the lockdown, illustrating the shortcomings of communications in times of crisis.
